1.	After submit your contact information, a doctor will call you in order to approach your medical needs. You will maintain a dialogue with him via telephone or email and also with the specialists who will take your case
2.	Once they define with you the type of treatment or surgery you need, we will send you an estimated budget describing all the involved procedures as well as the appointments dates
3.	If you agreed, you will be invited to make a deposit in order to book for your admission. This deposit will represent 20% of the total budget
4.	Then, we will assist you in planning the trip. A trained Concerge Manager (CM) will accompany you to all of your medical appointments. After your procedure, we arrange for transfer to your hotel or resort for relaxation and recuperation. Your CM will continue to be available at all times
